A 30+ year veteran of the insurance business, Tricia Arnone has built her reputation on being able to seamlessly navigate the industry’s many complexities and challenges. Her experience allows her to underwrite cases that would otherwise seem impossible.

Having  grown up in the business, Tricia understands the many challenges her agents face – from landing new clients, chasing down vital information, and writing even the most difficult cases. She also possesses a deep knowledge of insurance, estate planning and the latest trends in carrier product lines and sales techniques.

In an industry where relationships are everything, Tricia has developed a vast network of both carriers and agents – by sticking to her core principle of working with honesty and trust on both sides of the equation.

Tricia has a dual Major at Hofstra University in Mathematics and International Business and continued on to earn her Master’s degree. Outside of TAP, Tricia dedicates her time to her children, philanthropy and giving back to the community.
